At the beginning, Feng Huang will start of the fight using weak Fire skills. But once she takes enough damage she will start using moderate, and then Heavy versions of those skills. It seems like she sticks to Magic and spams Makakaja most of the time, but she does have Power Wave, Bloodbath, and Tarukaja, but I never seen her use them. At a certain point Feng Huang will start to use HP Thief. When she does, she will go into a duolog that will end her party turn instantly, then on her next party turn she will then use HP Thief. This would be bad If she used It more then once, but after the first one she goes back to spamming Fire skills (at least that's what she always did on my attempts). Feng Huang doesn't have Dekaja, so of course I went crazy with Buffs. But she does have Dekunda, and doesn't like when they are stacked 4x on her. If that happens she will use Psycho Rage, Dekunda, Makakaja x4, then a fire skill (there is a possibility that she might use Megidolaon, but I'm not sure). So, yeah. Don't do that.
