the "I'm going to take this expansion." to an immediate "they have taken the expansion i was too slow." got a good laugh outta me.

mission number 1 was such a zap brannigan moment, "I send wave after wave of soldiers until they run out of ammunition and are forced to surrender"

You know, one of the more annoying things about making the mod is that there are like only 2 voicelines with cerebrates talking to deal with the enemy Protoss. So sadly the voiceline becomes a bit repetitive in Protoss reverse campaigns (as time goes on)

Nothing in all of Starcraft has been or will ever be better than that amazing opening dialogue from The Overmind

My two favourite sounds from sc1 are the overlords saying "I hate you", and the sound of sawing through plastic when you click on an egg sometimes.

In the last mission, the white ally did an incredible job! Not only it revealed the expansions, it soaked the competent attacks.

I always love this mission because I love SC1 Fenix. His super-Zealot stats are just amazing in these first couple missions.

Phoenix actually dies to a trio of Hydras. Its very dark and obscured in the original cinematic. In the remaster, you more clearly see that he got overwhelmed by a group of zerg

Overlords wearing hats and carrying briefcases, they have very serious overlord business. Cant get caught up in that overlord traffic lol.

Fenix woke up and chose violence. But ain't no way Fenix surviving that many Ultralisks coming at him all at once.

on the topic of the fenix death cutscene, I remember back in the day there was a flash animation on youtube showing fenix's battery fallout out of his arm-sword thing, glad to know thats cannon.

Usually to perfect saturate You need 1.6 the amount of workers per mineral patch. So if You have 5 minerals parches You only need 8 workers. If You have ten, You need sixteen.

at 0:45 the sunken + overlord combo and placement looked like some weird tower abomination with teeth, and I just though "Wtf is that?! I've never seen that in SC before." then like 20 seconds later you pan camera over it again and I realize what it actually is lol.

really loving this playthrough, such a shame it is over soon! I hope we won't have to wait TOO long for brood war

Idea for a new Challenge Run: You have to get 1 unit to 100 kills every mission, if possible.

I always thought that the Phenix cutscene is him losing due to his base being eliminated. His blades turn off - like what he is supposed to do, beat the hydra in the face?

Why so many people are shaming Fenix for his performance issues, it happens to all of us at least once, and Fenix is an old, old man.

I really like this mod! First of all, why aren't there any rush/cheese missions in Starcraft or Warcraft? It would've been hilarious to get to Bunker rush the Tal'Darim or to 12 Pool Amon or to go full MFM on Tarsonis's Zerg and just incapacitate two of the four Hives with one ginormous wave of Terran bio, now wouldn't it? Secondly, while Executor Nral ain't part of the team, his voiceovers ('tleast for the Cerebrates) are miraculous Thirdly, this mod made me remember that Fenix is totally the type-a-guy to pull his boys to defend from a Zerg rush, lose all his boys, not have 50 minerals for a new Probe and then just sit 'ere without gg'ing outta' 'ere waiting for his stoopid ally halfway across the map to send 2 Dragoons and 2 Zealots UPD for the UED: HE PULLS THE BOYS!!!!1!

Interesting, looks like the purple AI in the 3rd mission was running difficult AI I want to say, while the yellow was doing insane. I like that they're mixing it up a little, since they have different timings

oh man, i miss the overlord in sc2, i think it was the single thing that made me enjoy zerg (as a kid who didn't know jack shit about english language and played what looked and sounded fun)

An attack wave of zealots show up. Sends 9 ultras. Ultras take lots of damage cleaning up the attack. Man, ultras consistently underwhelm me in this game. Yes, I know: they get used in pro games against Terran sometimes because marine 6 attack matches poorly into ultra 3 carapace, making ultras take "half damage" from marines. And they're fast; I do like mobile units. But against protoss, ultras are quadruple the cost of the zealot, and are definitely not equal value to 4 zealots. More like equal value to 3 zealots.

You know how you can spawn a terran attack wave in mission 5, when you play as protoss? I would love to know, if you can spawn them in this mod and if you can, will they attack the protoss or the zerg.

I wonder if i'd enjoy him also blazing through both SC2, and SC1 (forward both cases), i'll have to peruse his channel to see what's available to me.

I don't know if someone proposed this before but you should Play Warcraft campaign but in StarCraft world (it is something like mod)

for sc1 2.5 drones per mineral patch should be fine but as for hatch count, thats purely econ and what units you want lol. like mass zergling needs more hatch then a hydra army.
