My saurkraut is sour on the 4th day that i tasted and it,s o warmin my country the philippines can i put it in the fridges now.? Thank u for answering

Saved! Really want to make time to hear...reguards from the UK I have a fair amount of past experience fermenting But last decade determined age 60-70 yr old me F, very intolerant of 'bioanimies'. GI balanced on a knife edge, but healthy ferments tiny amounts far too powerful YET. Hope to know more So very sad
