Check out the Maserati 4200/Coupe Gransport instead - it is much cheaper yet based on the F430 engine and drivetrain (chain vs cambelt ($$) on 360), awesome interior (better than 360, I've compared) and reasonable styling (ok it won't touch the 360 but it has 4 seats and is beautiful too). It is also about as fast. I own a Gransport and while I am aiming to upgrade to the 360 within a few years, it is by no means an easy decision! The Gransport delivers soo much for such a reasonable cost, that I really think it is the best value exotic out there right now. Maybe not quite the prancing horse you're dreaming about, but much more attainable and almost as good!
I've been out in 2 one manual and one semi auto , I don't know but to me (unless the car didn't have much illusion) but the semi auto didn't feel like it's factory claimed 4.2 seconds 0-60 , I'd say more like mid 5.5seconds , went out as passenger few times good fun
Agree on looks, disagree on power. My Gransport is about as fast as this (400hp, 4.7 to 100kmh, 17 secs to 200kmh) but having been in an F430, you can still tell the difference. They're all brutally fast, yes, and I'd still have the 360 over the 430, but the 430 IS noticeably quicker! You have to be real careful where you use that speed though - novices best avoid.
Get a Maserati 4200/Coupe Gransport for a much more reasonable price and look good now :) I'm 34 and have had my Gransport for two years now, it's not quite a 360 but equally fast, 4 seats and still a stunning exotic that I get so many positive reactions to :) Life is too short to wait until you're 50 for your dream car
Had race with one , my Sleeper s60 T5 B5244T5 M66 (450) eating Ferrai 360 Modena F1 all day long The best thing is that cost me only £6000 where for Ferrari you need to spend minimum £50k in the UK. :)
Hi, sorry if my english isn't good,(im french), but if you're interested by Ferrari 360 accelerations i've got a video on my channel of a F360 GTC on circuit, and she's really loud :D !
yes .. the thing is to buy such an awesome car, most people needs to put their whole life's hard work and earnings and by the time you can afford one(like if that ever happens), dudes are probably gone get pretty old lol
I understand what you're saying...there are plenty of older, "obsolete" cars that I would take over their more improved successor. At least you weren't an ass about it.
Oh I'm sure you have...hell, I bet you owned both of them and traded them in on a new 458 Italia? And yes, because you know all the cars I've driven and how much I make...you obviously know everything about me, and Ferrari's.
I doubt you have either, internet warrior. The 360 is worse in nearly every category. It has less power, torque, acceleration, handling, braking, etc. And the F430 looks far sleeker and more aggressive...
