At least you can see the damn driver in the 1979 version! They might as well be fully enclosed in this year's cars. Also, they actually 'drove' back in 1979 (manual shifting) as opposed to all the technical sh*t they have now. And they wonder why F1 is losing followers ... smh.
Charles Roberts I believe the complete opposite. There is so much more things that today's driver has to do than his counterparts from yesteryears. Not saying that it was easy back then but when the only adjustments you have to worry about are brake balance and a couple of other stuff, it makes the driving less complicated.

The 1979 Ferrari 312T3/T4 drove like trucks, both Jody Scheckter and Gilles Villeneuve stated it many times during the 1979 season. And the configuration of Monza in 1979 was completely different with no chicanes, they were put after Senna's death.

Yeah maybe, but I'd be willing to bet that the top speed of either car is within a mile per hour or two. As far as downforce is concerned I'd bet the old car probably makes nearly as much as the new, just in a different way. The old car has a full ground effect undertray and sliding seals while the new car does it mostly with wings and barge boards.
Steve Davis Lol wth? If those cars had almost the same top speed and downforce where does the multiple seconds per lap speed difference come from. New cars have MUCH better top speeds at pretty much any given track, while producing much more downforce than the old cars ever did.
Un po' alquanto anomalo che possa esserci un termine di paragone poiché nel 1979 il circuito aveva una doppia chicane subito dopo il rettilineo di partenza assai lenta, mentre oggi quella parte è stata modifica e il resto è rimasto inalterato ed era prima anche più lungo. Nella qui sopra simulazione mancano le bandelle laterali delle minigonne abbassate e l'effetto suolo che vigeva a quel tempo è inficiato o non operativo com'è nella simulazione. *La pole position del 1979 fu fatta dalla Renault di Jean Pierre Jabouille in 1'34''580 e vinse Jody Scheckter su Ferrari 312T4 compiendo 50 in 1h22'00"22 *La pole position del 2016 fu fatta dalla Mercedes di Lewis Hamilton in 1'21"135 e nel 2017 vinse percorrendo 53 giri in 1h15'32"312 Ho preso riferimento su piste asciutte per il giro secco in prova. Quando quest'anno Raikkonen ha stabilito il nuovo record assoluto del tracciato ha battuto quello di Montoya, registrato nel 2004 ossia l'anno in cui le monoposto hanno toccato il precedente apice prestazionale. Quando parlo di prestazioni mi riferisco al l'inevitabile compromesso a cui i progettisti devono giungere tra velocità in curva e sul dritto, oltre che alle limitazioni imposte dalla federazione che impone nuove variabili, quali affidabilità, consumi, dimensioni e tecnologie bandite. Senza divagare troppo, il 2018 è stato un anno felice per la F1 in quanto dopo 14 anni di regressione dei tempi siamo tornati a vedere suon di record. Perché? Perché malgrado l'auto di Montoya facesse registrare punte velocistiche paurosamente superiori a quella di Raikkonen, lo strapotere di quest'ultima è apprezzabile in curva. Poco importa che negli anni 80 l'unità BMW Megatron potesse arrivare a 1500 cavalli in qualifica, era impossibile da sfruttare e in curva era relativamente ferma. Nulla può arrestare il progresso, e nessuna auto può dare del filo da torcere a quelle attuali.
Ma avete mai notato che contro qualsiasi mezzo si scontra la ferrari 2018 li supera quasi sempre tra l'ultima curva e il rettilineo con il camion con questa con la Ferrari von tutte
La cosa è voluta... si calcolano i secondi esatti per prendere qualsiasi auto all'ultima curva o poco dopo :) Se guardi qualche sfida degli anni 90, soprattutto quella tra la Ferrari di Schumacher del 96 vs la 550 Maranello vs la Fiat Bravo l'idea è proprio quella
Non ha senso i video sono belli ma dovresti mettere 2sec con tutti cosi vedi anche tra gli altri però i video sulle ferrari e la bugatti o comunque quelli con molte auto sono belli

È una mia impressione, che la Ferrari 2018 sembri un po' "spinta"?.....posso capire che nel video si cerchi di dare un vantaggio alle auto più lente (non nel caso della 312 t4!!) Però a causa delle norme anti-inquinamento e risparmio carburante, le nuove vetture dovrebbero essere meno brutali (V6 contro V12!!!!)

Non è un videogame ma un simulatore. Mettere a confronto due auto del genere nella realtà è semplicemente impossibile a livello di costi e praticità. Il video va preso alla leggera e non come prova “scientifica”. Se non ti piacciono questo tipo di video cambia canale :)
