During the Corse Clienti I have filmed Fernando Alonso his ex Formula 1 car. The 2013 model also know as Ferrari F1 F138 with V8 Engine. You will hear the start up sound, see it driving in the rain and you will hear the pure sound of the V8 engine! I hope you will enjoy the video.

his head is definitely higher up than what would be allowed in f1. Part of the airbox is blocked by his helmet lol

Seats were formed/molded for original drivers. Probably still had that original seat for Alonzo.

a trillionaire king of saudi arabia was buying the car for his 12 year old son. Alonso is driving on the seat already molded for the customer . The boy will flight to Italy or any part of Europe where the team of mechanics will have the car ready for him when he feels like having a go with his toy.

@Hawk I am pretty sure that if you are willing to spend several millions of dollars on an F1 car you are willing to spend 1k or 2k on a new seat. Besides, that is precisely what is always done in F1.

The F1 cars don't have a starter motor like regular automobiles. You have to stick an external motors in a port hole to spin up the crank and start combustion.
