Props to the owner as well, a few years ago I pulled up to a restaurant in Boca for lunch on like a Tuesday and this car was just parked like normal, under some trees, not right out front or in valet or anything. Man just using this car as a tool, as intended.

Honestly I didn't think the curated dude was genuine when I 1st saw him on Vinwiki. But after watching this RU-vid channel and listening to his stories you can tell he's a real dude. Seems like a hardworking likable guy that didn't have anything handed to him. Sincerely a fan now!

It's so nice to see these cars being taken care of properly. All of the new stuff, isn't going to last the distance like the older cars. So many electronics, will end up bricking them at some point sadly. Better hang on tight to your techs! Impossible to find quality ones for stuff like this in my area (Major city)

I used to work at a dealership in Tualatin, Or on HWY 99 and there was a local that had one of these and would drive it up and down past the store especially on nice days. I never got to see it really up close but still loved seeing it drive by.

Loving the videos and in particular this series. I am glad to have found you through Ed. Would love to be able to come to Florida with my son and see the place. It’s what my dreams are made of being born in 1978 and an absolute car nerd. I remember my favorite present at age 8 being a sweatshirt my mom had made for me with a rad design and a white Countach on it. It’s an all time gift from my parents at Christmas. Amazing memories and drams of all these cars.

The F50 was extremely underrated at its release date mostly due to a few prominent motoring journalists that disliked the curvy bonnet scoop array. The bitched and whined about it so much that the F50 was quickly forgotten even though it was an outstanding vehicle. Then came the Maranello 550 and suddenly the curves were "in vogue" and they all gushed over it. The F50 just rules on the road with that N/A V12 and is infinitely rarer than F40 or Enzo. A splendid Ferrari and right up there on the "Dream List" for most true exotic car drivers.

The tranny and engine are directly attached and can be detached from the carbon tub. You feel every single part of the road and all the mechanical forces going through the car. The construction is truly unique and that is why Luca De Montezemolo, then Ferrari CEO, said “building a car like the F50 will never be possible again” due to regulation changes in allowing such design elements in a production car. The engine started as a 680hp 3.5L F1 engine, then bored to a 650hp 4.0L for the 333SP, then its final reliable iteration of 520hp 4.7L in the F50. Its a magnificent masterpiece of an engine, raising the maximum engine by just 2000RPM from 8500 to 10500 with minimal internal changes adds 230hp, raising the total to 750hp at 10500RPM as seen in the F50GT.

Favourite episode yet! Wow!! Easily the best F50 there is. Really would be nice if Ferrari could reissue a few lexan rear windows for this and the F40, its impossible to make that material look brand new but you did a great job!

I imagine this team puts far more effort and attention to detail than the guys who originally built this car.

I saw one of these cars at the Collection. I would never love another car as much as the F50. That white Testarossa has me spinning though. I saw them filming on Flagler on a rainy afternoon driving from work. I got off to look at them on trailers parked on the street.

That's really interesting hearing about the parts sourcing. I've always wondered how people got parts for very low volume vehicles that have been out of production for a while.
