If Ferrari wants to cry over his photos here's 1 for them to think about (Throw rocks in a glass house why dont you). How about music videos/movies that promote drugs, hookers, gangs, violence hmm. Nope dont hear them crying over those things now do we.. He owns the cars he can do what he wants. If he wants to paint them off the wall colors, cut the bodies to retro design them HE CAN, THEY ARE HIS. Ferrari needs to learn they hold no ground to what someone is allowed to do with their personal property. If he wanted to buy a new Ferrari and put it on top of a strip club HE COULD. Their image is the production and reliability of their car, nothing more... If anything he can claim promotion of their products since they are beautiful cars that match the shoes....

They might ahve a case if he were using the photos wiht the Ferraris in advertising. Other than that no. Have you heard about the case of Ferrari owner and European DJ Deadmaus? He painted a Ferrari blue and changed the logo to something like "Furrari", and they did the same to him, sending him legal orders to not change teh logos, claiming copyright infringement. If I had enought money to buy a Ferrari, I would buy just about anything else. Maybe scoop up a used one (because I wouldnd't want to send them any money), painat it poop brown, put skinny tires on it, maybe some bad bodywork, maybe 70s-style fender flares, and parade it around wherever I could.

If I were filthy rich I’d buy a laferrari, pista, 812 and a gtc4. Then I’d get a few friends to have a crash-em-up derby with me. Pour a bunch of race fuel on them when we were done and light them on fire. Call a bunch more friends and have them come pee out the fire once bare metal was all that was left. Then I’d send a legal letter to Ferrari and inform them I am suing them for being the biggest douche bag company in the world... this would just be for starters of course. I’d come really hard at them for sucking so bad in F1 since shoemacher passed. That would probably hurt them more than anything.
