@@elisinwonderland23723 like what day in my cycle? it would have been around the day implantation occurred because I was 10 dpo and listened to it at 8 dpo (but I also listened to it a few times prior to that within that same cycle)
Thank you. I listened this month as many times I could. I found out I am positive few days back. I conceived my first one with the help of these videos too 27 months ago . My baby girl is already 18 months old.
I have been listening to these mediations for about 2 months. I found out I’m pregnant yesterday. These mediations really helped me to relax and trust in the process and reminded me to relax and let my body do what it has to do on its own time. To let go and not obsess over becoming pregnant. Trust me it’s hard but after a lot of practice, I told myself to relax. I really liked these mediations and it helped me be more in tune with my body and what it’s doing at each phase of the cycle. Thank you so much for these mediations.
These affirmations and your other meditations and videos have really resonated with me as a woman of 42 trying to concieve her first child. Thank you soo much xxx
@@Lisa-zk9pc Bridget Taylor built to birth, along with some of her other pregnancy meditations. And Jamie Hocking is a good one, she’s got good positive affirmation videos for each of the 3 trimesters. I’m currently 22 weeks with a baby girl. I hope my pregnancy continues to full term and I finally have my beautiful baby after 3 miscarriages
I listened to these affirmations in my week 4 and I got bfp today , after trying for almost 2 yrs . So grateful ! The line which helped me the most was : I accept everything and part of it is not looking for evidence and not knowing . It’s beyond words how much this video meant to me during ttc !! Thankyou so much !!
Natalie, after 3 months of listening to them I don't know what I would do without your affirmations. I'm so grateful to you for making them available online.
I just want to say , I heard these affirmations daily ! & received my positive pregnancy test on Christmas ❤️🙏🏻. Thank you for creating videos to relax and speak kind words into existence
I really needed this today as I have been having obsessive thoughts. I am 1 day late on my period and feel like I felt the implantation take place 4 days ago. I don't have any symptoms of anything really, just slight stomach pains ache at times. But I'm "letting go of the desire to see evidence of what is happening!" Such a timely line! It can be so challenging to not obsess over things but I'm trusting the processs and know that I will be ok no matter what :) thanks again xxx
Listened to this all month and just got my big fat positive yesterday 🥰 I don’t necessary think there’s direct causation there but I think calming meditations in general probably help some, at least help you get through the long month of ttc.
This meditation is amazing and made me very emotional as it just spoke to me so much. TTC baby number 2 and your words bring me so much peace. Thank you!
I really find these affirmations helpful and it helps me to be calm and patient. Can you prepare couple of such affirmations for men as well? Because along with egg quality sperm quality is equally important
When you say that you may be in tune enough with your cycle to know that this isn’t a positive cycle, what does that mean? I’m told that all symptoms mimic each other and that you can’t really know for sure.
Rebecca Eklund good question. There may be certain signs that make it pretty clear if you’ve been tracking thirds things for a while. For me, if I saw my temperature coming down with BBT charting then it was pretty certain a new cycle was going to start. For others they may have had enough pregnancies to know what those early days “feel like” for them. It varies from person to person though and you don’t know for sure until AF starts, and I don’t recommend searching for clues too much because that can be counterproductive and confusing. But if you feel pretty certain from lots of rounds of collecting your own data, then you might make some choices to prepare for the start of the next cycle, mentally and emotionally.
