I’m taking 1. Organic Prenatal 2. Prenatal DHA 3. CoQ10 4. Vitamin D3 (more because prenatal doesn’t have a high dose and in the past I’ve been deficient in D3) Every few days I also take 5.Zinc 6. Folate 7.Vitamin E 8. Magnesium 9. Baby aspirin
You only need baby aspirin if your C-reactive protein lab is too high. My doctor took me off it and he found out my inflammation was being caused by my gluten intolerance so I no longer need the baby aspirin.

Yes... so many supplements!!! Prenatal, vitamin C,D,E, Fish Oil, myo inositol, magnesium, CoQ10 and progesterone cream. I honestly feel like the progesterone cream is the key for me and my body.
@@maryamaghili1148 I chart my bbt and my luteal phase Temps were consistently low. Never above 97.2 and sometimes well below 97.0. The bigger indicator to me was my temp shift at ovulation. Most people get a nice sharp peak in 1 to 2 days up to around 98.0, but my peak was more like a hill than a mountain. It would take 3-5 days to hit my peak and that was only around 97.7. Likewise at the end of my cycle before my period my temp would start to taper back down slowly instead of a nice sharp drop. Progesterone controls those peaks and drops and how high your temp shifts in the follicular phase. I've also had a couple of early miscarriages (5&6wks) which I consistent with low progesterone.
@@maryamaghili1148 I'm 31w3d pregnant now, and interestingly enough the cycle I got pregnant on I was not on progesterone because we were taking a break after my last miscarriage. I was just on prenatals, vitamin c, d, and fish oil. But that month I doubled my vitamin C. My chart also had some signs of hypothyroidism with the low Temps and sluggish temp shifts, and vitamin C can sometimes help with kickstarting your thyroid. Apparently it was the boost I needed! But every body is different. The most important thing is to track your bbt, notice your trends and where they vary from the norm, and then do your research to figure out what that variance means and how to correct it.
I've had low progesterone since puberty. I've taken wild yam supplements which worked pretty good and I was finally able to conceive and not have miscarriages. But as of 2012 I've been using an essential oil blend with wild yam in it and have conceived 4 more time using it. In all 9 kids

I am taking prenatal from the health store, fish oil, liver pills, d3, magnesium, folic acid, ubiquinol, and just started nac. I have been taking fertile mama tea which helped me get pregnant in April but lost the baby May 5th. My thyroid level is now at 1.25 from 4.5. That was my eighth pregnancy. I lost one by ectopic January 5th. My left side is great condition. I have birthed 6 children already but am looking to give my husband one more since he has two bio kids.

My husband and I have taken FH PRO for one month. Is there a time period that this supplement would need to build up and “start working”? If that makes sense.. For example, I’ve heard that folate has to be in your system for 1 month before you get pregnant for it to be beneficial. Is the same true for FH PRO?
I just bought 4 cups of the FH PRO for myself only. I have been taking it for 2 weeks now and l have noticed positive changes in my general well-being. On its own it’s a good supplement for maintaining general well-being though that it is purposely made to improving fertility. I’m Preparing my body for IVF in 6 months time. I’m going to continue taking Fh pro until my IVF is done. I wish it wasn’t that expensive to buy. It cost me £70 for one bottle at National Fertility Society website.

My husband and I took these supplements, however, they decrease are libido significantly. And for that reason we stopped, not even mentioned how expensive the are.
I would need the supplements to because, my egg is at 1 percent and I'm 50 year's old too. My husband don't have the problem he had 2 kids but, the oldest is 17 and 15 years old so, it be nice to get help but, we have only one income so, we would have to pay a low payment for a month until we pay it off. I am not taking any fertility supplements currently but I am researching some. I do take OTC vitamins such as iron, vitamin D, prenatal and probiotics. I am unsure if these will affect conception or if it is just age related. I do have regular periods lasting 4 days at the most. I am 39 years old.

I was using fair haven and with 2 pregnancy that ended in miscarriages, I stopped using it and have started using Radiant Wonders. Has anyone else tries them. If so please share. I am on my 1st set of bottles. I do believe fair haven is a great product, but I wanted to try something else to see if I could get a successful pregnancy. I also need to make life style changes which is the hardest.
