Tenho feito muitos trabalhos como esse. Nunca usei essa técnica, faço sempre bocal colado. Vou testar essa técnica,pois, será muito útil locais de difícil acesso onde a tocha não cabe e dificulta a rolagem do bocal. Além de não queimar o acabamento a coloração interna fica sensacional. Seria legal , se você ,pudesse, mostrar essa solda numa boroscopia, para visualização, de coloração, fusão, fechamento da junta, olho, penetração. learing to weld here - do people prefer to tig weld with a foot switch? I can't help but wonder if the switch in handpiece makes it harder to keep steady hand.
I weld sanitary stainless like in this video and build powder handling equipment and we all use a button on the hand piece, a foot pedal would only get in the way. Using 4T mode gets around having to keep pushing the button down. I personally usually use 2T for 90% of cases and don’t really notice having to hold the button.

저희 회사에서 사용하는 방법은 펄스용접입니다. 베이스 60A, 백그라운드는30A 레이팅은 좀 빠르게 하는게 유리합니다. 따발총 쏘듣이 다다다다요. ㅎ 마지막 끝처리는 다운슬로프2초정도 걸어서 돼지꼬리처럼 나오게 하구요. 이렇게 하면 빽도 안나고 용접속도도 잘나와 자주이용하는 방법입니다.
I've welded clean room .065 sanitary tubing for 15 years, I've NEVER seen anyone do this... that should be 2 starts, and 2 pull outs, 6 o'clock-12 o'clock, twice. Done. Period. Starts and stops potentially let oxygen in and contaminants. They would laugh you off the job for doing this. High purity=no stops until bead in. Cleaning a restart on .065 is tricky and damn hard to keep clean. I wouldn't take anybody seriously after seeing them do this. Scotch Brite wheel on a drill.. No grey!
WAYYYY too hot on amps, AWS certified in 6g position and running 38 amps and walking the cup will always leave proper and the most consistent penetration, your makeshift pulse method allows to many errors and inconsistent welds. But I'm sorry if I come across harsh i just believe everyone including myself has room for improvements!
Never have i seen (in almost 30 years welding coded pipework) a procedure to stop/start a weld continuously. 65-70 amps, tight arc, no filler, then if it greys...... BRUSH IT WITH A WIRE BRUSH. Problem solved.
