You would have to be on an extremely tight budget an Avanti 7 1/4 OSB/plywood circular saw blade is like $8 at Home Depot and the Diablo 60 tooth fine finish is about $22. There is no excuse for the wrong blade.

@@trex2621 rubbish! Table saw, chop saw, circular saw are all improved by the correct blade for the material. Try a 100T Frued blade against a chinese 20 tooth. If you think "special measures" is cutting through masking tape, best of luck getting the melted glue off the blade later! Also strange how the Rob Cosmans and other furniture makers dont use "special measures" to avoid breakout from saw blades. Try it yourself, cut a piece of say, hardboard with a 7tpl rip saw. Note the ragged edge. Now use a 24tpi fine toothed saw and note the edge. End of conversation!

My cheap black and decker battery op and hyper tough are that way...was going to spring for a dewalt but now I won't. Probably China manufacturing. I was sure it was just cheap saws but now I wonder. My cuts are so far off I can't make a good joint for the life of me.
