Idk why ppl bitching the game looks great and when it comes out on PC it will be prime that's the new standard these days so be it geez enjoy the game it's amazing

The game looks good in some parts but when you play this on a 4k display you can notice the details. Unreal 4 today looks dated and I don't like how the light boxes are setup here. I'm no dev but in some cases the lighting in the dungeon areas look worse than the first game

@@Slykrow idk I think the game looks fantastic Remake got similar criticism but the game is fully playable with no glitches UNLIKE cyberpunk 2077 and WWE2k series where they sell you a game full price that you can't even play

I feel like you need to play more games if you think these graphics look amazing. Performance mode everything litetally looks blurry, Im convinced it is running 720p to maintain the 50fps. Beyond that, the HDR is absolute garbage, some areas are so washed out and bright I thought something was wrong with my TV. The fact you cant turn HDR off is just the chef's kiss in it all

@@KainsAddiction I just came off of Elden Ring and FF16 and I've played every great graphics game since the 80s so I know my shit Like I said earlier I prefer a great looking game that plays well like FF7 Rebirth over what other developers do which is release games with glitches (2K, CD)

I can understand the sentiment around the graphics and SE cutting corners like they did in the first part. I get what DF does and how they implement that into their tech reviews, but what are YOUR thoughts on the graphics? What caught your eye that didn't necessarily vibe with you?

Thanks for watching Chipz! I think the game looks decent in the open world areas that have good lighting. For me I found the cave in chapter 3 looked pretty dull and many objects looked low res or low textured. The town in chapter 4 looks dated too. FF 16 had no complaints at all for me visually

Unfortunately 16 lacked in combat, story and side quest. I think their graphics may have been pinch better but that’s not enough for me to like it at all. 7Rebirth is beautiful

We’ve reached a point where graphics don’t really matter as much anymore. A game doesn’t have to be cutting edge to look beautiful

I just reached Costa del Sol and it looks better than the Junon town. Still, once you experience games with rtx lighting it's hard to fall back to this

Game is hot garbage. For as long as this game to make is should have had a open world better than horizon zero dawn. But it has "towers" to reveal areas haha.. But you can't jump.. you can barely traverse.... went in reverse from ff715....hot garbage

Are you here to defend Square Enix? I'm saying the game could look better in certain towns. The lighting is my main issue for indoor shops and dungeons. At times it looks like a early ps4 game. Did you play the chapter 3 section of the mines? The characters look great and is a step up from part one though. If Square wants to make a realistic look to the world, they need to port part 3 development to Unreal 5

The open world is just filler. Nothing new, just old open-world type check-list activities. Its absolutely nothing like Elden Ring and how From makes the character long for adventure. I did start having a lot more fun after switching Aerith out of the party, her ATB fills up way too slow making her magic and healing completely worthless. Barret is the much better support party member. They nerfed the hell outta Aerith.

The map is huge but I'm not going to %100 everything. It took me by surprise at first. Obviously ER and ToTK are the goats when it comes to open world games. It's still cool though to collect items from exploring and the chocobo mechanic is cute

Then just put first strike on her, also atb booster. I used to think she was trash in remake. But synergy materia and first strike materia she turns your party to speed runners on hard difficulty
