@scottwilliams3665 It was button presses in the original, not these ridiculous analog stick controls. If you have any stick drift, you are downright fuked with these controls. We really need some alternative to this mess.
@@kiranis2174spent 2 hours on that, but the chocobo glide challenge was the worst minigame so far for me, the last 2 rings were a pain to get especially with how punishing the reset is for the challenge when you are right at the end…
@@ShinigamiHI got A ranks for everything in 1-3 tries per song. For me the hardest games have been the rockem sockem robot minigame on the saucer and the Jules situp challenge in the gym.
Should have kept it like the original. Buttons are easier to press than circling the joystick. Especially when there isn’t a lot of mini game to circling joysticks.
Go to accessibility options on your ps5 and allow a second controller so that two controllers act as one. Have one person control the left stick on one controller and the right stick on the other controller.
Fort condor on hard is easy when you get your strat down of just pure assualt with some defense to stall & make them use their limited spawns. But, Piano for A ranks is needed for Johny's treasure trove which is needed for Plat tropyy
They knew exactly what they were doing. Make a solid epic of a game that TONS of ppl were waiting for and troll the everloving crap out of them by littering it with minigames. If you're not a completionist it's not an issue but the decisions that were made for this game are questionable
For anyone struggling with this, if you can get help from someone, its much easier with two people, 1 person on each joy stick, kinda awkward but it works! Also try to flick joy stick in direction.
My 13 years old daughter just got 14530/14800 in an hour (speed at 3) 😮. Genshin impact had such a mini game before she got all perfect score at highest speed.
Finally got through the first mandatory piano playing after numerous attempts, and the only method that worked for me was to turn off the audio and play it by visual. 💀 Tho being with familiar with the song also helped.
These tips won't help you get S-Rank. At all. They will help you understand basics of the minigame. But after trying some of the later tracks, you need to be one of the XMen to get through them
lol. So basically you need preternatural hand-eye coordination and/or actual need to be an expert piano player to get anywhere in this minigame. Awesome. And very fair 🙄
This just shows that the Japanese company doesn't car about handicapped players. Like me who has dyslexia its impossible to get any higher than an b rank at the easy songs at most.
It's like playing guitar hero or ddr with joysticks and by far the worst minigame to be put in. Doesn't even help me when my hand shakes most of time either.
This is by far one of the dumbest mini games in Final Fantasy 7. They could have figured out a different solution to the buttons configuration. Like guitar hero.
