This new story arch is setting up to be SO EPIC. I am DYING waiting for 6.3 now. So excited to see your reactions to the 6.2 stuff. I couldn't even speak at times. I just had to sit there in shock and marvel at the dungeon scenery, to say nothing of certain npc reactions lol
I think the Darbar set is going to be popular in 6.3 since it looks like we'll be going back to a cold area for the MSQ. I love that you get so many "Sass Y'shtola" dialogue options in this patch.
I got those same vibes you mentioned, Rook! Entering an inhospitable and unknown realm!! If you've ever read the manga or watched it's anime, Bleach, this new story reminds me of the Hueco Mundo story arc in said anime. It has a laundry list of bad guys to fight in a foreign environment. It was a dark story arc for sure.
This dungeon theme was FFXI Treasures of Aht Urgan. I can't remember if the final boss was from there too. Reminded me of the puppets/mammets in that expansion.
