you can also do a non plug set up (without bg) by using a 50% starting charge ce
Important part is having dantes 2nd append maxed

My Edmond is np2 10/10/10 second append skill level 10 2k/2k lvl 100 but I don't have my own Skadi. Do you think I can fill this gap with Castoria/Waver/Koyanskaya/Oberon or the lack of quick atk buff prevents 3T with Black Grail?

Yeah you can do that Dantes now is extremely forgiving. I'd suggest using Paracelsus for the missing skadi and Oberon for the switcher

skadi gets a rateup this christmas and ruler skadi comes next summer so if you want you can save up quartz to get her
