Just curios, do you not need a life jacket when riding a tube? In the USA it is required (at least in my state). Also the spotter needs to be sitting facing the rear of the ski. Interesting seeing other countries with different laws.
Being completely honest and transparent, I didn't actually even think about the legal requirements to wear a vest on a Ringo. I would definitely agree on reflection, if I did it again I would put a vest on. That being said I personally haven't ever seen any formal legislation in the UK around this, I even just googled it out of interest and can't see anything concrete... its just comes up with US related stuff... I'm sure there are rules and advisory's but as in 'you have to wear one' I don't think that is the case here. To be fair, we get some riders not even wear vests on the skis themselves. @@classicjetskis I can't speak for all of the USA, but life jackets are required to wear on a ski in my state. That's crazy some people aren't wearing a life jacket at all.
