Hi Charlotte Hugs to you my dear friend. So glad you enjoyed the duck video. Thanks for your prayers. The Doctor did prescribe me a new med for migraines it worked my headache is gone. How are you doing? I wanted to mention also thank you for the adult coloring idea video. I got a bunch or free coloring pages for adults on pintrest can't wait to sit down and color my anxiety away. I told my friends about it and one of my friends bought a coloring book and were hoping to get together and have a coloring party sometime. God bless you hon have a good day love to you xxoo Amy
+The Friendly Fibromyalgia club a colouring part sounds like a great idea. I found it really helped my anxiety so fingers crossed it'll do some good for you too. so glad you got your migraine sorted.
