Up until now the ACs were pretty useless once LTs got unlocked. Now with the deployable bridges, they'll have some use late game. Sure it may not be alot, but I was pushing across a gap I'd want SOME kind of armor helping out.
I still use AC's in late game, but usually it's for partisan/counter partisan stuff. This sorta bridge landing fits straight into that kind of playstyle and I can't wait!! :)
What's the first thing you're going to look at with the new Cinematic Camera? Changes/Correction: - For Trenches and Bunkers Sandbag & Barbed Wire mods have been REVERTED back to Bmats - Tankette if i recall count as AC class vehicles so can also cross bridges. - Not changed, but i totally forgot to show the storm cannon map icon, I'm sure you can imagine it though. Apologies for any details i might have talked about but not shown in the video, i was short on time as i was wrapping up my work season this week.
Its a shame they took away the ability to use construction vehicles on boats. My unit - the 443rd Land Sharks Combat Engineers Regiment - often made use of this, by having a cargo ship and a landing boat with a crane on it be used to quickly move supplies along the coast. We'd dock close to an unused shipyard and use it as a makeshift port to offload vehicles and supplies with the crane in the boat.
storm cannons were the only way we broke through the warden bunkers line in red river , we had a group coordinate all the trucks and materials specifically to build a base with the cannon and breakthrough, they had howies to defend against arty with row after row of concrete bunker, we were making zero progress for literal days
I thought I heard they were no longer going to do the 'trench upgrades require sandbags and barbed wire' - because there were a lot of complaints? Also - they had mentioned doubling the cost of the Freighter from 500 to 1000 bmats, but that was also repealed because - again - complaints. Can you confirm the former (trench upgrades) was repealed or not?
I believe there's a minimum distance you need to keep between 2 built bridges, though you can probably in some cases fudge it. Though are you willing to risk a tank?
Haven't really played the game yet but you could technically try that out on a flat area where the tank won't fall that far down. If the vehicle only get minor damage from that "fall" there.
I heard there’s no “weight dispersion” using more than one bridge. However, I also have heard a really short bridge, going downhill, using petrol, Outlaw speedboost may actually make it across (But will most likely destroy bridge after, leaving the tank stranded)
so let me get this straight, if logi forgets to lock truck , i can just hop in and by-pass AI ? or will it only hide my name from other players and AI still be able to detect partisan inside a vehicle ?
@@XxLastYetixX how vehicles work is that who ever was in the driver seat that’s the players faction claimed vehicle if you have a enemy in any other seat it is not claimed and there fore AI will not shoot at the vehicle if you go inside the enemies passenger seats. I hope you will be able to hide inside a truck while the enemy is driving it.
"Some friction with logistics", fucking Christ, the only friction I want to cause right now is between my eyeballs and a spoon. Fuck I hate doing logi already.
@@ISawABear No man, I am literally being 100% serious about self-mutilation and hating logi. There is no chance of hyperbolic humour. How did you know?
Could you make a small video explaining all the differences between prototype vehicles, mass produced, and "regular" and all different types of a vehicle and say how to make all of them, and how they differ i honestly got confused a long time ago and dont rly know what is the proper way to get battle vehicles.
I feel like the new _sandbag/barber wire/barbed wire fence/tank trap_ system is very clunky, its a pain to deliver all the supplies to build one, and to build one sand bag wall, you now need 3 trips, while previously you could build multiple of them in one go i much prefer building one sandbag wall by slowly hitting it with a hammer, than running back and forth to the nearest pallet
But really it is just different faction flavor. Collie one will be better for holding people back for a while, but has a slower fire rate. Warden one will tear through any push way faster, but can’t keep up that he’ll storm for as long.
whats the difference with the HMG the ratcatcher gets 175 rounds but has longer range ? cause the collies get a 250 round one which makes them more ammo efferent per Reload
As far as i can tell there is no range difference, many weapons have ammo differences without other benefits, so Warden will likely just have to use burst fire more effectively.
Two questions: Can you elaborate on the Rifle Garrison/Machine gun Garrison combination. Is it just removing the MG? Is it some hybrid? It will greatly change building meta depending on what it means. Can we do listening kit half tracks?
Rifle Garrison/Machine gun Garrison combination: they used to be 2 consecutive upgrades for the bunker vote upgrade system, now both effects are combined into the same upgrade. listening kit half tracks? No unfortunately, devs did not include those and we should complain until they do.
Hopefully not. Devs said their next major update will be catered to the logi system, so I hope the Logi Union sees that post before doing anything damaging to the war economy.
@@RobinsonLaneScaryNed lmfao. the next "major" update isn't until (something like) end of 1st quarter 2022. that'd be around May. Earliest is March. They have a minor update they've teased that will do SOME damage control - but it's just that. and it's in February. Three months for changes that should have been implemented from the get go when they introduced the Entrenched update. It's clear none of the devs have spent an entire war as just a logi player, otherwise they might have foreseen how some of these changes would not go over so well, and would be poorly implemented with the current tools at the logi player's disposal. So in short. don't get on the logi player's backs just cuz the devs were short sighted in their game design.
Its not Steam its a game launcher called Playnite. This might sound contrarian but i hate how bloated steam is, playnite sources all your game launchers and puts all your games into 1 spot.
This game is getting too micro for Christ sake! B mats are gonna be pointless on the battlefield in a couple of updates and logistics is gonna be a nightmare!
