Ingredients
- Boiled Macaroni - 1 packet
- Chicken boneless sliced in strips - 1/2 kg
- Veggies (carrot, capsicum, green chilli, spring onion)
- Garlic chopped - 2 cloves
- Salt - 1 tsp
- Chilli flakes - 1 tsp
- Black pepper - 1/2 tsp
- Chicken powder - 1 tsp
- Soy sauce - 1 tbsp
- Chilli sauce - 1 tbsp
- Nandos Hot Sauce - 1 tbsp
- Chilli garlic ketchup - 2 tbsp
Instructions for Chicken Gravy
- add chopped garlic in 2 tbsp oil and cook until light brown
- add chicken strips and cook until it changes color
- add salt, chilli flakes, black pepper, chicken powder and sauces
- let it simmer for a few minutes until chicken is done
Instructions for Macaroni
- add thinly sliced vegetables in 2 tbsp oil
- sauté for 2-3 minutes
- add salt, black pepper, chicken powder, chilli sauce and soy sauce
- add boiled macaroni followed by spring onions and chilli garlic ketchup (or any ketchup of your choice)
You can layer the macaroni with chicken gravy or serve them side by side. ENJOY!
