Make your settings constant pressure and possession with slow build up. That will suit your style.

When defending ,double tap R1 and hold , it brings two other players in to help you defend master that and it will help alot around the box , and you skip training so you are losing out on sharpness etc , you need to get a high grade in all training then you can sim them and not lose sharpness fitness etc
