"Take strategy out of your head, it's an agility drill" Specially useful for beginners and intermediates. Fights are chaotic but in training you have to be sharp and smooth with technique.

Kinda but just not as dramatic…yeah you can work some head movement in but in Muay Thai we don’t want to dip too low in case a knee comes up the middle

Yes but it's a bit different to boxing. it's all in the knees and u keep ur posture straight.

Nah not really at the highest level, this is for mma striking which is a different striking style than Muay Thai.
