This week I'm making the It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia classic Fight Milk. Sorry to fake you out with the Riot Juice in the opening there, couldn't help myself. In the show we see Charlie mixing up a big vat of Fight Milk using Crows eggs, what I'm pretty sure is Vodka, and milk and... that's it. I can't get crows eggs, and frankly, I'm not sure they're safe to eat at all, But Egg and Vodka and Milk will add up to a nearly flavorless though drinkable sort of egg nog, and that's something that Binging with Babish has already done so I don't need to do the same thing here. Instead i dig a little deep and think about the kinds of liqour bottles an older swinger/hooker like Charlie's mom might have hanging around in her liquor cabinet and Nocello fit the bill. The end result is actually super tasty.
Fight Milk
1 Egg (Please, don't use a crows egg.)
2 oz. or 60 Ml. Vodka
1 oz. or 30 ml. Nocello
Shake it dry and then shake it wet.
Garnish with Nutmeg if you're feeling fancy
Enjoy.
