Use FightCade (stable version, not the beta nobody uses that). You'll have to get the rom for the game elsewhere. There's no official source, but you should be able to find it. It's called JoJoban. Then, you put it in the ROMs folder (unzipped) and your good to go!

Fightcade itself does not have any tools that allow rerecording. We use a different version of the same emulator to create them, but that doesn't have multiplayer support (I think, unless it allows p2p connections). Unless you mean stuff like Macros, which is really lame and I wouldn't recommend that since it's cheating. TASes are made by creating savestates, and obviously I can't rewind an online match. This is the real Potato playing and having no execution whatsoever, not a prerecorded playback of perfect inputs that TASes are.
