That sure seems like a lot of upper body work and we all know the legs feed the monster. I think some of this, if done correctly, could be integrated into a decent workout,but form is key. I agree with the wrestlers who previously commented. It's about form and effort. Intensity is key. As for the boxing routines built into this circuit, boxing is a sport where it is essential to engage the hips and throw punches by digging your feet in and twisting your heels out. Arm punches dont hurt.....
