A new and last update about removable battery.
As you know, ive been working for an adapter for removable battery sincer 9 months now. Encountered many issues, especially the fact that Fiido is not using good tools, so each bike is different.
I came to an end. I decide not to invest any more time in developing this adapter.I had enough :)
So, the latest issue that we have with D4S, is that there isnt enough room to put the battery + tape that we need, to remove the battery.Mainly, when we put the tape, the battery doesnt come easily out. You need to force it and that can cause the adapter to break.
I changed the adapter, moving the hole, further down. Also, increase the infill, bascially print with 80-90%infill.
For some of you, it will still not work. i dont have a solution for that.
I recommend to use Kapton tape. Is a tape, that is strong and thing. 0.03mm. If with that, you will still have issues described above, i dont knwo what else we can try.
Also, i made a new video of how to install the adapter, i discuss about the latest issue, and also show you, how to put the tape if you have the issue above.More than this, i cant do.
So, i upload the STL on cults, if you want to buy them and print by yourself you can do it.
