@@hokagoteatimereviews Hi, thanks. I'm already using it. Since this is my first ever DAC, I can't say much but I find it not supplying enough juice to my PR2, which seems really weird to me. Maybe it's just my over expectations. I found it works better with newer handsets and sound output varies with sources. Update: I found the issue is with the Android usb audio driver, using Hiby or FiiO app solves the issue with power and sounds more refined. It's a shame we still have no systemwide EQ app or default android driver that has direct USB access in exclusive mode.

Can you kindly tell more about KA11 synergizing with KZ PR2 V2? I found it lacking the ability to drive PR2. What's the catch! I can't find! I used the older app to keep the volume of the DAC full but somehow it's not up to the mark. What's your experience?

Hello, sorry for the late reply. i havent tested the pr2, so cant really speak about it. Also if you mean the volume, then please flash the latest firmware of the ka11 and max out the dongle's volume via the app. Also use the latest version of fiio app Thanks for stopping by, i really appreciate it. 🙂❤️

Hello! Thanks for stopping by! Really appreciate it 🙂❤️ By the way there is no hi-res mode, but rather depending on the file it will output that. Say if your file is hi-res that is 24khz then it will automatically output that. 🙂 Hope i have helped you

Can you estimate future predicted reliability? Already there are people saying theirs broke on headfi. But I am skeptical because they could be operating under the influence of money.

Hello, thanks for stopping by 🙂❤️ Appreciate it. as for the reliability thats hard to predict, bit seeing that a previous fiio product has been with me for 5 years and the cable of this is braided you shouldnt be having any issues. If you do get this i highly suggest getting those cable wrap protectors which you can twist and fix towards the usb c side and towards the dac side. It will help protect breaking of the cable. They are quite cheap too at $1 per packet.

sadly FiiO Control App doesnt support ka11 lightning version. it gets heat up quite quickly. how about usbc version?

For watching k-drama or anime, will it sound better than cheap dac? Or is it depends on the sound quality of the video itself?

Hey! thanks for stopping by. Really appreciate it 🙂❤️ As for anime as someone who watches a fair bit of anime. I suggest buying the best iem your pocket can allow. The better the iem the better the experience. Next would be having a nice source preferably original blu ray etc. and finally will be the dac. Not all iems need dacs, but many iems do benefit from extra power. Also the headphone jack of your PC or your laptop etc. can be not so good that time a dac helps. So my suggestion will be to get the best iem you can afford as of now. And try to buy something which has. better soundstage and imaging. Sorry for the long answer 😅 Hope i helped you. @@hokagoteatimereviews Thanks for your answer sir. I got 2 set of iems which is epz q1 pro and trn conch. Meanwhile my dac dongle is jcally jm6 pro and ve odo. Btw I can spend hours watching drama on youtube. And i really interested on buying this dongle. Is it worth it if I buy this?

Hey, the trn conch is a solid iem. I too watch a lot of anime and a quite a bit of RU-vid. So i am in the same boat as you. my suggestion would be to sell the q1 pro and conch and save some money and buy an iem. Or save some money and buy a new iem (if you dont want to sell the q1 pro and conch). Something in the $100 range if possible 🙂 you dont need this dongle dac to elevate the experience, you are better off spending your money on a much better iem 🙂

Yes! I tried it with a S23 ultra, it worked. Most USB - C smartphones will work 🙂 No worries there.

Hello, you dont need the old app now. Just update the ka11 and use the latest version of the app. Its all fixed now. 🙂
