Hello, should i send the FL-160 along with the FL-115 and FL-117? We dont have any kids or property together, I am requesting for him to pay me $2,700. How do you get a sherriff to do the summons if you have nobody to personally do it for you?

It was time for closure, so I filed Nov 3, 2016 the FL-165 package but it was rejected by clerk with these instructions: 1 )A Proof of Service for the Petition & Summons has not been filed 2) Staple/bound each document 3) Please submit a New Default Package and submit only one copy of the conformed Petition (FL-100) for reference. The reasons (2nd page) states: We regret we must return the Judgement for the reasons checked - Prior to the submission of the Judgement, the Default must be entered. In the alternative, submit a Judicial Council form FL-130, Appearance, Stipulations and Waivers [ revised January 2011] signed by both parties ( and their counsel, if any) and include the first appearance fee of $_______ Make a check payable to L.A. There is an option to leave the paperwork with someone that lives in the residence of the spouse. that was not covered in this video. Also what if the spouse does not respond? Or dont know where about of spouse. What happens then?
