Filled Milk Bread | Soft & yummy semi-sweet bread recipe

- 1 tbsp instant yeast 0:44
- 1 egg yolk 0:49
- 2 tbsp sugar 0:53
- 140 ml warm milk 1:14
- 25 g melted butter 1:22
- 290-300 g all purpose flour 1:43
- 6 to 9 pieces soaked pitted dates 2:27
❌(This dough can be filled with chocolates or raisins as well)
🔺Egg Brushing:
- 1 egg yolk 2:52
- 1 tbsp milk 2:55
🔶flour paste:
- 35-40 g all purpose flour 3:23
- 4 tbsp water 3:27
◾️350 Fahrenheit (175 Celsius) degrees Pre-heated oven 4:05
for 15-20 minutes
