That makes a lot of sense, I did lose about 1.5 or 2mph exit velo at that time and I wasn't sure if it was me (dealing with back issues at that time) or losing the slight end load. My guess is it wouldn't make that much a difference on soft toss but I'm sure it had some effect

Yeah it didn't make sense to work but after removing the foam block my velos were just slightly down, if anything it was probably less end loaded. Thats awesome you've tried it before though haha, I bet those 90s bats were awesome

Soft toss is SKLZ Catapult just like $80 at a sporting goods store or Amazon. The radar isn't supported anymore unfortunately, they deleted the app from the app store and its useless unless previously downloaded. Its a Flightscope Mevo, I get similar results with a pocket radar which has a radar that does readouts as well

@@andrewbats8523 I know! When I uncapped it I went to stick my pliers into it to see what was going on inside and I went to go all the way down until I hit something soft. I tried to rip it out but couldent so I used the pliers and yanked it out. I was concerned that someone else other than easton put it in there but when I saw yours it must be how all the makos are. It was just a random, cut block of foam chillin in the barrel

Boiling water end of bat for 30 second should release glue flat head screw driver lightly tap edge eventually w patience will come off is damaged a little no problem heat it up in boiling water mold it back marine epoxy back on let dry if used in league play a heat gun can make it look perfect or u can buy replacement caps people don't realize the cheating in youth baseball. Between end loading and or restrictor rings removed on alloy and shaved heat rolled composite makes a huge difference 40 feet plus. It's really obvious on alloy high pitch screem w ring gone like u trip loud. Composite sounds like a shotgun shot. I almost guarantee every league in usa and bbcor has one player doing it. Somehow nobody says anything

@4 4 haha thats crazy! I'm not suprised though, things get competitive and people want to win whether its the kids or parents. I have a bbcor bat that I was going to see if there was a restrictor ring in and take out so thats good to know the tip about boiling! I tried it on an old bat recently and busted the end cap. I've heard end loading is really good too I've never tried it
