Turned out beautiful, the pit really pops. Yes I do enjoy drawing/painting food once in awhile. I do like the realism, but do what makes you happy. I love avacado, my fav is guacamole.

I don’t like avocado (iM SORRY) but I agree that the green is so pretty (especially grilled avocado). Green is my favourite colour and this reminds me of my Spider-Man character lmao (my spidersona is my guilty pleasure art, hes actually what I drew when watching this) . I loved this drawing!! I always draw along when I watch your videos.

Yes!! More of these videos~ I really want to try something like this now ÖwÖ! Also I like to ear my avocados as a shake with milk, a bit of honey and lemon or as a yogurt mixing it again with lemon and honey or sugar. It is super yummy!

I love the realistic painting with your step by step instruction as your go. I love avocados mashed on toast topped with a fried egg or tomato, mashed with roasted garlic on bruschetta or guacamole. Yes u can’t go wrong with an avocado for sure.

Also, I am a fan of variety. Edit: I love avocado. I've been eating them since I was a baby, which was over 30 years ago! I've always preferred it with a bit of salt, or in a crepe recently.

I love avocado too! I have a couple in my fridge that need to be eaten soon. Yay! I like it with lemon and in homemade guac, and also chopped up in a salad. As for your videos, I appreciate the variety. I enjoy watching art videos where the artist is enjoying what they are doing. And you always seem to be really happy making art. Never lose that joy to appease the stupid algorithm. 😊💙😊

I love avocados. I like avocado toast, guac, and pieces in sandwiches. I really enjoyed this video. I like the variety you provide, but I enjoyed this video as I am trying to learn watercolor. I found this video easy to follow along with, and I like that you encourage your viewers to do the same sketch as you and post it while tagging you.

I really hate the rise of avocado in the last decade and the last five years in particular. Not because I don’t like it, but because it doesn’t like me. I’m allergic. If I ingest even the tiniest amount (like if it even touches another food I eat) I get what resembles horrific food poisoning. Which would be fine, but avocado and avocado oil is in freaking everything now. I can’t buy a lipstick or lotion without having to pour over the ingredients. (If I apply avocado topically, I get a bumpy rash) And with most cosmetics I have to go online to find the ingredients because they aren’t on the packaging. Grrr. NYX is really bad about that. Conditioner is another product it gets added to a lot. Drives me nuts.

Ohh, I’ve been drawing food lately, too. A few days ago I did a bell pepper cross section, an artichoke, and a bunch of tomatoes on the vine. I really like doing food illustrations. And OMG, avocado is my thing. For years I thought I hated it, because I ate some awful guacamole someone made and put mayo in (BLECH) and I thought it’s as the avocado I hated. Then I tried sushi with avocado in it and it was like the heavens opened up and angels sang, “Ahhhhhhhhh!” Now I can’t get enough avocado. I also like guacamole now that I realize I just hate it made with mayonnaise.

I don't think i've ever drawn food before other than fruit for a still life drawing, but now i'm thinking I may have to try that! I love this type of video because I learned so much while watching you progress through the piece. I LOVE AVOCADOS! My favorite way to eat them is to cut it in half, de-pit it, drizzle a tiny bit of olive oil on top, ad my favorite seasoning, and drop three green olives in the pit area and eat it like ice cream! When I went to Israel they would serve them like that and I became addicted! I love the piece you did, it looks so real (and delicious!). I'm curious if there's a particular benefit to putting the colored pencil over the watercolor, I can see a difference from when you started but generally I've always just used watercolor only. You're great!

I like the variety in your drawings and videos! I think it is clever to use pexels. Many people use pinterest, but those photo's are not copyright free! That's okay if your art is just for you, but professionally I think it's better to be safe than sorry and use copyright free material. The only downside is there aren't many pictures on pexels. The best thing is probably to make your own reference photo's, since everyone has a camera on their phone, it's just convenient.
