I'm back in the Atlantic Ocean and I'm filling my cooler up with the trashiest fish in the Ocean, False Albacore. Monday the high was 86 and this morning I had frost all over my truck. That means the water temp is going to dip a lot and my chances of chasing these fun fish maybe limited. I don't eat these fish but I do have a charter captain who cleans them and will make jerky out of them for his dogs. Everything caught in this video was caught on the 1.25 ES Lure OG Minnow. This bait and color combos have slung a lot of fish on deck this year. There is a link to their website at the bottom. Let them know that Rich from Slack Tides Fishing sent you! I'm sure they'll hook you up. Appreciate you watching, Tight Lines and FISH ON!
www.eslures.com 1.25 OG minnow was the winning ticket.

Get into the creeks if you’re looking for specks. Or fish the local jetty’s that are being fed a lot of ocean water. Shack, radio island would be a good start.

Haha I’m not a captain. But most captains are probably in the $400 range.

What do you do with them. I use to make strip bait but never ate them?

Some eat them. But not many. But to answer you, there’s a charter captain near me who fillets them down and makes jerky treats for his dogs. Sometimes I’ll keep one or two fillets for shark bait.
