I love seeing dejected Aussie rugby players. They've had the win stolen from them many times from the AB's and every time, its beautiful and sweet to see those men in gold on their knees crying to momma.

Will Jordan is phenomenal. He basically sucked in 3 defenders (including the winger on Jordie Barrett) and offloaded to Jordie Barrett, giving him enough space to dive through.
he his able to make quick decisions about what to do - one of the signs of greatness is the management of time available. barring injury Jordan will be a great.
Samu is a monster . The extra bulk he brings to the rucks is sorely needed and as good as Hooper is as a player, he's just not an effective forward up close. The Wallabies are well served with Samu and McReight

Imagine a Cricket game its the last ball and all the batting team needed was a four and they win the Game against Australia.. what happened, Australia bowled an underarm bowl so it just went along the ground wich couldn't be struck end of Game Australia Won by underarm tactics. All He had to do was just kick the ball out, that's all in a nut shell. Hand it back to the All Blacks and they will punish you for it....

All blacks does this to the wallabies all the time. Not the first time we beat the aussies overtime. One of the best games I’ve seen in a while. Bein there made it even more memorable game. Hard luck Australia. Always nek year
Can someone please explain to me the tactics of chipping the ball when behind ones own 22, back to the opposition in one's own half? Surely a deep kick and send a line of backs up to smother the counter attack.
I wouldn’t say they’ve poached them. Many of them were born in Australia, or their parents moved there when they were very young - probably for work, and good on them.
Whoever was involved in that 'slow the game down' strategy should have their contract ripped up, then sticky-taped back together, candy-yellow framed and put up on the various walls in a constant rotation. Offices, gyms, meeting rooms, hallways, etc. To be fair, the Wobblies to a man were in uncharted waters, at an uncomfortable altitude, their self-belief challenged _(how could they back this up?),_ so they baulked. Mathieu Raynal should be given the RWC final as a thank you, refs can (and have started to) call slow play for what it is. *I just wanted to see Dan Cole's face when he lost a game, maybe for the last time, was that too much to ask?*
You can hear the full instructions from the referee to Foley, even his teammates knew what was going to happen. Then to claim "the time was off' is absolute bollocks.
Foley was the engineer is his own, and the Wallabies' downfall. His own team mates knew what was about to happen.... at 10:48 you see two of them screaming at him to get on with it.
The issue with the call at the end isn't about who wins the game or deserves it more. It's about the lack of consistency officiating that part of the game throughout this match and for the last several decades of top level rugby. If time wasting was the great issue Raynal has, he shouldn't have wasted 18 seconds explaining the penalty to the all blacks (at the wallabies expense) or another 12 seconds saying absolutely nothing. It was the wallabies who had to even ask him where the spot on the field was for the penalty, because he failed to communicate it for almost half a minute. And then he only gave them 13 seconds with it when he did (less time than he spent explaining the penalty to NZ)
@@russellturner1909 Foley ignoring 5-6 prompts to use it is just a small part of the problem. The actual blame is with Raynal who never should have given 6 warnings over 13 seconds to use the ball because he himself wasted time and had to hurry others up because of it. If a referee was to ask you to remove your pants and do a backflip before taking the penalty and you failed to comply with that absurd requirement, is it your fault for not completing it or his fault for even asking you to do so?

Massive fan of the fulla for how hard he’s hustled. He’s obviously been given a number of things to work on for some time now so he he could potentially be the guy at this level. For the most part He’s probably ticked most of them… Unfortunately however, in my humble opinion, Akira is never gonna be that guy who fills that 6 roll. not clearing that ruck against Bobby V just summed it up.
Because there’s still time for restart and Wallabies can force a turnover to score off a penalty or a try. There wasn’t a hesitation from the All Blacks in choosing a win or Draw/Loss.
The ref didn’t give Darcy Swain a red card, which he should have gotten for almost breaking someone’s leg for good. The ref was NEVER in favour of the ABs, the ref gave an AB player a yellow card too. So why don’t you just get over yourself 🤷♀️
