The in-game SRB2Kart version is an older version of the Final Fall 2 track. The slower pace was added for the purpose of the RU-vid upload.

the screenshot is apparently a sonic xg themed SRB2kart track, SRB2kart being a go-kart racer mod of sonic robo blast 2, which is a heavily modified version of the doom legacy engine.
