Welcome to final fantasy 16 vs 15 video. In this video, I make final fantasy 15 vs 16 comparison. Ff16 and ff15 are among the great games. Final fantasy 16 gameplay and final fantasy 15 gameplay are very popular. Final fantasy 16 pc was released in 2024. FF16 among new best pc games this month. Final fantasy 15 pc also debuted in 2015. Final fantasy games developed by Square Enix. Graphics and details are good in both games. Ff 16 physics and ff 15 physics very good. I compared the details, physics and weapons in both games. Ff xv is more popular than ff xvi in the United States and European countries such as Germany now.

The video is interesting , but the comparisons are unfair0. in both games graphics are way better with strong sun light . but you compare mostly dark scenes of FF16 with Sunny ones in FF15. In Sunny scenes.. FF16 is way better. the hair and skin of characters is better. The vegetation and environments too. the sky too. Monsters are better too. i have both games ,and in reality FF16 have better graphics ,but you only see that less times because most times FF16 is cloudy the scenes.

FF XV engine one of the best, FFXVI have only epic character textures.

@@mikekos7606 is not character textures only , but vegetation too and shader effects too. Is called [subsurface scattering] .where the skin of people absorb the light and you see it dispersed in the surface as if the skin reflect back uniformly the light. When using Photo mode included in the game ,you can rise the brightness and enhance even more the graphics. .

@@technoartfest8708 not really, I have both games too (on PC) and I feel that FFXV has way better global ilumination, shadows and physics on different surfaces (water, sand, etc.), enviroments in general feels more polished than XVI too. The main problem of XVI is the art design, most scenarios looks boring compared to how vivid FFXV looks all the time. The vegetation looks better in XVI, aswell as vfx, particles and textures of characters and monsters.

I feel like, despite of its many problems through the process, FFXV was developed with ton of love, they paid a lot of attention to little details and they managed to create a vivid world and a beautiful journey that I will never forget. Final Fantasy XV is only good in ENVIRONMENTAL graphics. Final Fantasy XVI's character details are much better.

FF 15 looks way more vibrant and the animation is more pleasing to see. Character design is subjective, but I feel that FF 16's character design is a bit boring. Also, FF 15 is benefited from the farther camera+wider FOV, so you can see more and enjoy the environment.

I loved what I played of FFXVI in the demo, but I hate how blurry current gen games are. FFXV looks so crisp, while FFXVI looks great with a ton of Vaseline smeared over it.

15 looks better in every way except lighting. 15 also has waaay better movement and camera. 16 is a linear world which makes side quests way too easy. Just beat 16 and 15 was way better. Now the story in 16 is really good but game play just wasn’t there.

FF16 movements seem very slow. Especially if the dodge will be that slow, there is no point in having it in the game

Dodging is only that slow outside of combat. In combat it's just as fast if not faster

Gotta give FFXVI a trophy for story and voice acting though. FFXV story is pretty much a mess and I hate that main story ain't completely told on the main game. I was baffled when they skip the whole incident in kingglave when I was expecting them to have told it im Noctis prospective not "if you wanna know what's happened then go watch our movie". Mean while I was not expecting anything from FFXVI but when I play it demo it quality of story telling really make me want to know what's gonna be happen next.

16 had better ambience, but as an expense, it got more graphically demanding. 15 air is clearer and i think it made the game lighter and crisper. Does not necessarily mean it looks better than 16 though. But personally i like the crispiness of 15. There are parts that shouldn't be compared, like fire spells. 15 fire is a "spell" it was meant to stay long and affect long, while 16 is a regular fast attack and so the animation must be simpler for more efficient repetition. The dodge in 16 is simpler for immediate chaining i guess (correct me if in wrong, i havent played the game)

The person showing 16 is complete dog. They're EVERYWHERE with the camera lmfao and showing dark quality spots in game as opposed to brighter ones like FFXV
