The stats dont lie, CS2 is more popular, and it even made me a player, as i was totally uninterested by the old Source engine, which was nearing 20 years of life, if not that already. People need to let go off the old and embrace the new because statistically, its better. Objectively it is a better engine too (Source 2)
Gotta give FFXVI a trophy for story and voice acting though. FFXV story is pretty much a mess and I hate that main story ain't completely told on the main game. I was baffled when they skip the whole incident in kingglave when I was expecting them to have told it im Noctis prospective not "if you wanna know what's happened then go watch our movie". Mean while I was not expecting anything from FFXVI but when I play it demo it quality of story telling really make me want to know what's gonna be happen next.
The person showing 16 is complete dog. They're EVERYWHERE with the camera lmfao and showing dark quality spots in game as opposed to brighter ones like FFXV
I feel like, despite of its many problems through the process, FFXV was developed with ton of love, they paid a lot of attention to little details and they managed to create a vivid world and a beautiful journey that I will never forget. 16 had better ambience, but as an expense, it got more graphically demanding. 15 air is clearer and i think it made the game lighter and crisper. Does not necessarily mean it looks better than 16 though. But personally i like the crispiness of 15. There are parts that shouldn't be compared, like fire spells. 15 fire is a "spell" it was meant to stay long and affect long, while 16 is a regular fast attack and so the animation must be simpler for more efficient repetition. The dodge in 16 is simpler for immediate chaining i guess (correct me if in wrong, i havent played the game)
I loved what I played of FFXVI in the demo, but I hate how blurry current gen games are. FFXV looks so crisp, while FFXVI looks great with a ton of Vaseline smeared over it.
People don’t really understand, delta force focused on extraction like tarkov but having COD physics while arena breakout mainly focuses on Tarkov and extraction giving their best realistic military game, it’s two different things, so arena breakout fans you don’t need to say that delta is bad because they have operatives with “powers” and what so ever, all games are different and made for people who actually likes that kind of stuff, if you like arena keep that to yourself some might not like it and it’s fine because people like different things, for me I play both and they are both excellent, delta is easier while arena gives me ptsd and keeps you stressed every raid possible :D
FF 15 looks way more vibrant and the animation is more pleasing to see. Character design is subjective, but I feel that FF 16's character design is a bit boring. Also, FF 15 is benefited from the farther camera+wider FOV, so you can see more and enjoy the environment.
15 looks better in every way except lighting. 15 also has waaay better movement and camera. 16 is a linear world which makes side quests way too easy. Just beat 16 and 15 was way better. Now the story in 16 is really good but game play just wasn’t there.
