Cecil is my favorite character out of all FF with Vincent Valentine 2nd.

Everytime i hear a game music compilation no matter how many i hear it that theme grabs me by the balls each time! Y smile from ear to ear its such an energic theme!

I mean its his adaptation to the music. Considering he took the time to learn all of these songs he can change things up a bit if he would like to. ^_^

@@michaeladams5340 i agree with that 100%, I hate seeing comments downplaying musicians creative takes. Music comes from the heart and soul and wont be the same for every player.

@@ElDouggler as someone who enjoys playing the piano recreationally I find playing music to your own tune to be quite enjoyable. Of course any pianist who plays technical piece may want someone to stick to the original artists creation. But, I think Mr Uematsu can speak for himself and would applaud anyone for taking the time and effort it took to learn how to play this song and make changes. But thats just my opinion of the matter. ^_^

it might be because the playstation’s CD audio support gave Uemateu so much more freedom so his compositions got more complex and varied.

I learned and played this insane medley in one evening (you can watch the change of daylight in the window!) - I totally cheated and recorded each track separately and stitched together in post. Note that FFX is the daylight of the next day. You can also see that my sleeves length constantly changes 😅 Not my best production, but hey...the peoples seem to love it!

Muscle memory is really easy to kick in when music is concerned.

+DJmisterpeluca I wouldnt want to decide that. ^^ I think every boss battle track in final fantasy is great. But if i had to choose i would go at least for J.E.N.O.V.A and Fight on! Maybe Other World would be cool too but i dont think its possible to play on piano because its all about vocals and the rammstein like band music. :O

willnicholson18 FFX is my second favorite FF game. I remember how much FF7 blew me away when I played it, and the second I played FFX I had that same exact feeling again! FFX was incredible for its time as well. I heard they are making a FFX-3!
