Chapter 13. On hard difficulty, you'll never be able to one shot the Soldier 2nd class. So restart after killing the 3 normal troopers with magnify firaga. On hard mode the 3 troopers combined are worth 6-7k exp and the soldier is worth another 7-8k. Just killing the 3 troopers and resetting on hard for the 6-7k is faster than killing them along with the soldier on normal for 4-5k exp.
