The first I noticed this issue happening is around January 2024ish, maybe December 2023, after a Nvidia GPU update. I used to be able to run this game at max settings, everything enabled, 4K, no problem. I even tried the turning Turf Effects off and on workaround.
My PC Setup:
ROG 4090
R9 7950x3D
64 GB DDR5 RAM
Gigabyte X670 Aorus Elite AX Motherboard
Nvidia, please fix what you broke.
