Well... at this point HotS department apparently does not even have the manpower to nerf Rehgar since he got updated like 5 weeks ago, and he's running wild all over Storm league. I don't think there'll be much more development - maybe a patch or 2 per year. Unless CCL becomes so popular that Blizzard kinda decide to give HotS a 2nd chance
