That front lip sets it off nice. The Rear fit isnt great, but doesnt look terrible, but I would be bothered by it too. Your setup is coming together nicely.
Yea I’m really stoked how the front came out, definitely not perfect but fits pretty well all things considered, but yea the rear diffuser was a whole different beast, I’m actually surprised I got it to work at all, I was very close to returning it and just getting my money back haha Thank you, one mod at a time!
I bought the exact same front lip and ended up installing it almost the same way. By running screws through the lip into the edges of the bumper you end up with the most secure fit. For the splitters, getting at least one screw through the lip into them is the best way to install the entire piece. For the rear, you need to at least add a screw into every other tab to get the best fit. The car is coming along well, mine looks very similar to yours except I have machined wheels.
I have not had as much luck with Aero as you have. My front Lip kit didnt fit quite a good, and the Diffusor didnt fit at all on mine. I have options on my rear bumper that prevent the diffusor from lining up, so back to the drawing board for me. My Spoiler keeps lifting, no matter which 3m tape I use.. Im going to try them all again in a week when I am installing my new wheels.
Yea I was worried about that same thing with my wing, I’m not 100% what brand made it as I got it secondhand from a dismantler, but the install made it look like it was going to do the same thing, luckily once I got the 3M tape on it, it has held down (at least for now haha)
My rear diffuser looks almost the same as yours. But yours is flexible due to its material. Did you take your rims when you tried to take off the rear bumper?
