thank you for the vid, it's helpful. tbf, I'm not new at this, been doing it for (a really long time). Not only does the tech change, you're always going to learn something watching another tech do the work. When I started with video 1, I was wondering how you were going to navigate the repair for the novice. Esp without getting too deep, too fast. But ya did really good. Think most will understand what ya did. The portions on the tools, and soldering techniques were most helpful. btw again, THANK YOU!

I completely agree with you, there’s always something new to learn in our field and it’s never ending, that’s the nature of technology I suppose. It can be quite challenging at times to keep up with everything. I think we learn from each other and that’s the great thing about RU-vid.

Without access to schematics or a service manual, easiest way for a beginner to fault find is by comparing with a working device. But I do agree with you that sometimes this will not be possible 👍
