Moe is such a great mother... even though wearing kimono is so important to her, she didn't forced her kid to wear it even for 7-5-3. She waited until Sutan wanted to wear it herself, develop the love for it on her own terms. This is the real way to raise your kids - never force your own interest on them.

It is so important to understand your partner's feelings and emphasize when you see them frustrated. I love the relationship between them because it was honestly so soothing to see the dad comforting the mom. I think we all need someone like him who understands the everyday hardship of a stay-at-home mom!!

I'm really happy Moe chooses to leave in the parts that show parenting cane be difficult. I'm comforted by the fact that even amazing parents like Moe experience struggle with behavior. I love seeing how openly she communicates with Sutan. No one else shows this side of parenting. Why does no one else do this!?

Oh, Moe…..I knew, even before you said it to Moto…I knew there had been a moment. This is genuinely why it is called the “terrible” twos. Sutan has all of these things stimulating her brain and it makes it so difficult to parent her. Especially if you’re already tired, frustrated, hungry, or even just grumpy. Gentle hugs from one momma to another.

However, you connected afterwards, and showed her the right way to make up and forgive after things have calmed down. It honestly made me a bit teary!
