There are some minor adjustments but for sure no big changes. I think I just need to drive it and get comfortable finding its edge on grip.

1100 i ran & you can dog it out,,, now if you make a bracket and install an ac throttle up switch to keep rpms up on entre keeping it loaded over is an option for certain conditions,,, engine builder outta spartanburg SC turned us on to that deal,,, just thinking,,,

I think that aligns with what I was thinking afterward to. I knew that line had to change like you are describing but was strugglling to put it together on the track in the moment.

I agree, going in too shallow to early. Higher on the straight, turn in later, will help stay tighter on exit. I believe you are getting back to full throttle to late. Half inch washer, six blade fan 25lb cap 230° to 260° then changed to copper core radiator & it ran 180°,,, not recommending anything just passing on what worked for my car,,,

If I build an engine it will have to wait until the off season. i have another block at my machinist that I damaged. He is going to see if it can be repaired and if so I asked him to go ahead and short block it with a cast crank and hyper pistons. I much prefer building my own but Rachel won't get to drive any more this year unless I get the help.

I think his car isn’t letting the LR work to transition to the RF. The car doesn’t appear to roll in on entry and loses the RF tire.

When Chad Speaks we all pay attention! I screwed up a couple weeks ago and got the rear ride height too high but without enough chain out to let it work. It was a disaster because it locked the suspension up. I can go back up for sure and just have to get all my measurements straightened out where I have that chain out like it is now but at an increased height. On the other related part of it, I was surprised by what the cam on the RF showed in qualifying. It didn't seem to plant down into that RF as much as I expected and sure seemed to come back off it quickly. And thats on a 2.5 drop cup with a torrington bearing and about 2"s rake. . .

I leave them on, the base valves make them low pressure and I let the car sit until the RF tie down is relaxed and has stopped moving.

They have base valves, The scales don't change at all when I unhook them

You are correct. Then its 30% of the 119lbs because of the lower arm ratio so 35lbs to the car.

@@DIRTRACELIFE Anything below or beyond center of the axle is unsprung wait ! But not only do I believe you added RF but also wedge that's kind of why I said to add to right side weight or move what you have to the middle and high so as to roll to the right side ? That will help with the four wheel drift your fighting.

No my foot was stumbling some. I think I was jockeying the throttle a few times when I would loose my bite and was WAY over doing it.

It usually always is but honestly the dirt is so wore out that unless its dry, it is much worse to try and deal with.

Yea the rule package on those cars like having a late model with 8 inch wheels

This class has become more of a big show with teams traveling in type deal. This local track is running and supporting it but the count is rarely over 10 unfortunately.
