Has your dirtbike or ATV had trouble staying running once started? Ever have problems idling like my bike here? Mine had stalling, no idle, refused to accelerate above 2,000 rpm and would shut off. Well, for me, it turned out to be bad fuel. However, watch this video to see some other items I checked to try to diagnose your engine the same way.

Things I checked:
-spark plug (changed, no difference)
-fuel cap vent hole (air could pass through, no difference with cap on or off)
-clogged muffler (no difference whether muffled or not with Supertrapp plates)
-petcock (flowed fuel no matter how long i let it drain into a bottle)
-carb cleanup (didnt make a difference to running after reinstalling)
-Checked for unobstructed air intake (mouse house removed, metal screen is clear)
-Replaced fuel (this was the issue, bad fuel, apparently)
-Stator (did not need to check but was on the list)
-Coil (did not need to check but was on the list)
