Congrats on the new apartment! The video quality was kinda dark/blurry and not HD 1080p, just 720p. Actually I had difficulty in seeing darker things, especially inside the house which had no lights. Correcting the indoor lighting might fix the issue.

Someone will be home when you travel, she can pay you the money she would normally pay to rent a place and you can save that money no matter how small it is or use to buy food to cook in the house. Or she can save her money and get a better place for her and Maria. Like Victor said you can help someone else like you were helped. You can’t use two bedrooms and your sister can’t stay in a cold damp place because she already has asthma and will get sick. Violet can cook and you can save more money than eating out. Consider it!
