Hi Jamie,congrats on the RS5 Stage 3! What a beast! For the intercooler problem,you can contact a company(shop) that will fabricate one to your specifications,i had to do the same with another car. Was a engine swap. But i live in Belgium but i'm 100% sure that there are plenty of shops who can and will make one for your car.Practically anyone who can weld aluminum can make you one.Can't wait to see when that intercooler is made and mounted and where your going to to take the car,to events,etc. Till then and stay safe and strong!

You know it's been tuned right given the lack of stuff coming out of the rear end. See so many cars doing drive bys on this channel with massive overfuelling issues and lots of smoke. This car looks spot on.

Beautiful car. Its came out beautiful. Yeah. The product is limited in size and within power expectations. The recovery is definitely a huge improvement and added cfm with the less restrictive core. I can make a bigger setup capable of more power but requires modifications to make it fit. This right now is an easy bolt on kit to OEM Location. Congratulations again! Glad we can help take it to the next step.

Crazy there is a Wagner kit for the S4/S5 platform already... some are making the same power with the 1 turbo 3.0 version... definitely some more to be had there in the RS5!

I have no words... I live in the US, own a B9 RS5 coupe in Nardo grey, and am about to tune. The crazy bit is, I also plan on wrapping it Merlin purple... What great taste lol. Wish i could apply the same setup you've had fabbed to mine. Don't know whether or not I should go with APR so any input you might have would be much appreciated!

I’m really leaning to the RS5 over the Supra and Nissan Z be the transmissions not being a dual clutch really sucks since you broke the diff right? Or something with the torque converter. I can’t recall but boy does this video make me really excited to still buy one haha

half the reason I haven't grabbed a rs5 is the heat issue, none of the major tuners like Unitronics or ARP have come up with a major attack to this plate forum since they are limited. Curious the next weak point, the bottom end...
