They call Arya boy because she wears clothing more typical to boys and is tomboyish so a lot of ppl confuse her. I don't think you realize that Viserys was considered by some to be the rightful King and had sworn allegiance to him. They (like Jorah) aren't just going to smack him around or give away his throne. Khal Drogo had no such vows sworn to Viserys, which is why he killed him. But no one else would do so.

She's snarky and a brooding teen but she does love her family in her own way, she just doesn't realize how cruel her enemy is right now

Viserys put a knife to Daenerys' belly threatening her unborn child, I think that's what sealed his faith. Khal drogo probably heard he hit her so he had one last chance to not mess it up and he did. It seemed like she did tell the dothraki that he had to go if he threatened her life or hurt her again, because there was no discussion they just went for it. Usually boys/men of many houses will come and ask for a girl's hand and I guess her family's advisors guide them to make the best choice for the survival of their house, but when there's a promise it's already been decided. Ned knows Joffrey's a little demon, but backing out might mean problems for his family. Sansa was taking her rage out on everyone, but the Lannisters who have tormented her and she ain't even married yet. I do feel bad for her, as the oldest daughter, she's sacrificing herself for the family. Arya is free to be opiniated, speak her mind directly to the lannisters and run around, because she doesn't have that same responsibility.

This is my new favorite thing to watch on YT. Can't wait for y'all to see S8
