Hi need your suggestion. We have seen western spring project in financial district and Anvitha ivana @kollur. If we buy western spring it’s 2cr and Anvitha ivana in Kollur is 1.5cr. So we have 50lakhs difference. What we are thinking if we buy an ev car we can travel through ORR daily it will take hardly 15min to our office. If we spend 20lakh for car. 30lakh we can easily save. Please give me ur suggestion
Kollur rate should be at least 40-50% less...everything else remaining same, if budget is not a constraint, one should go for western springs as the location is probably the most premium in west hyderabad only second to the ikea stretch...the only con is prices are already high in financial district and appreciation may not be so steep going forward. So, for end use consumption it's a definite winner over kollur which will take min.4-5 years for decent infra development around...western springs area can benefit from upcoming metro irrespective of where the station is among wipro jn, nanakramguda jn, or myhome avatar jn...all are close by...metro will most probably be connecting all these junctions at some point in next 5-10 years.😊
In kollur no infrastructure, better purchase in western spring 😊 as u will stay in posh area and in future it is going to be more appreciate than kollur anvita ivana 👍
in between if you want you can look in Tellapur /Osman nagar which you wil get for 1.75 for 3bhk like my tridasha/vipina/anvita high 9 can explore others as well near exit 2 or osman nagar aparna cyber 4
