Hi, doing great thanks, hope you are aswell. Here's our top 3 tips: 1. Create a plan for revision by considering the following questions: what are the key concepts you will be assessed on? How will they be assessed? What are your strengths and areas for development based on what you have studied so far? Figure these out first then create a revision plan based on these factors. 2. Application, Application, Application! Ensure you complete as many mock assessments and exam style questions as possible to apply your knowledge, this will help you to further clarify your areas of strength and development. Ensure you always expand on your answers i.e. explain or justify why with supporting examples wherever possible. 3. Work hard now, this is the most important factor, you shouldn't leave revision until the week of the exam, start early, have a clear revision plan, be disciplined and work your socks off. Always plan in time for your physical and mental health, a clearly structured plan early on, will help you to avoid pressure points and will give you time to also look after yourself through relaxation and exercise etc.

This allows the businesses being able to show appreciation for their employees as they allow them to move up the career ladder. In addition, employees will be able to show to other managers that they can take on more responsibilities and they will feel like they are brining more to their job. This will motivate staff to do better as they know they want to please people, hence why they applied for the promotion in the first place.

Our top tips are very simple to be honest, it’s all about doing plenty of mock assessments and working on your weak areas after everyone before sitting another one. Great question. The two main advantages are that using financial motivation is fairly straightforward to implement as monetary reward is something employees understand and from a business standpoint they do not need to personalise this approach to the individual. It is also an effective method at motivating people to achieve regular short term goals and targets. Great question thanks 👍
At its basic level a lot of people go to work for money so financial motivators play to that need. However the motivation from financial motivators can be short lived and more money needed.
